2020 has been a strange year for us all, but we wanted to take the time to recognise the positives and reflect on what we have achieved during, let’s face it a pretty gloomy year. Keep reading to discover our year in numbers…
29 – New Learners
In 2020, 29 new learners chose Whyy? Change as their training provider of choice in Sheffield. With 2021 on the horizon, we look forward to welcoming many more new faces through our doors.
8 – Events Held
Throughout 2020, we held several events at our HQ in Chapeltown with 6 of those being held through our hybrid classroom setup due to COVID-19. We were pleased to meet lots of new people in person and virtually to share ideas. We hosted events in negotiation, skills bank short courses in Leadership, Lean6 and Quality HSE.
6 – Blogs Posts Published
We published a lot of blog posts to share our findings, let people know what we have been up to and offer insights on best practice. Read the latest news via the ‘News of the Day‘ section.
34 – Courses Delivered
This year has been our busiest year to date, with 34 courses being delivered at our COVID secure training centre. With our wide range of accredited courses in Leadership, Marketing, Quality HSE, Lean6, and Apprenticeships there are plenty to choose from.
1 – Brand New Website
In November our brand new E-commerce website went live! Enabling our customers to discover all of our courses in one place quickly and easily. With the ability to purchase directly on the site or reserve an apprenticeship place! Check it out – www.whyychange.com.
86 – Books Purchased
Having a lot of learners, plus an office full of lifelong learners means that we buy a lot of books here at Whyy?. Our favourite non-academic book of 2020 was ‘Turn the Ship Around!‘ – take a look, it’s highly recommended.
2000 – Cups of Tea Consumed
This year was supposed to be our year with new visions and exciting opportunities. That all changed but we couldn’t have got through it without our wonderful learners, partners and staff!
Accredited Partnerships
Our accredited partnerships with Chartered Management Institute, CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing, Pearson, and most recently Bureau Veritas UK is just the beginning as we look forward to 2021!
As the new year approaches we look forward to delivering more courses, meeting new learners and drinking many more cups of tea!
We have a lot to be grateful for and wanted to spread some much-needed positivity.
