Working through 3 masterclasses to develop knowledge, skills and behaviours which will aid your leadership and management journey, culminating in the delivery of a work based, impactful project with demonstrable return on investment.
First Line Managers will develop skills in communication, team building and conflict management, problem solving alongside finance and data analysis.
Operations Managers will develop skills in leading and managing people, operational and risk management alongside finance and decision making.

Eligibility
At Whyy? Change, every prospective learner will complete a diagnostic assessment to ensure they are enrolled on the most suitable programme. We will also discuss what they hope to gain from the course and how it will benefit both the learner and the business.
Once the programme and work-based project have been completed, the learner will take part in a short reflective professional discussion. This provides an opportunity to review what they have learned and explore the impact the programme has had on both their personal development and the business.
The success of the programme relies on the support and involvement of the employer throughout the learner’s journey.
