Welcome to the Operational Excellence Expo (we called it OPEX for short). Whyy? Change and AESSEAL collaborated to bring you leading experts from across the region to talk about how sustainability, Lean & Six Sigma, and Quality HSE can drive business growth, sustainability and profitability. It explored how companies are working towards net-zero carbon emissions by 2050.
OPEX will provided an insight into how businesses can stimulate business excellence and operate more efficiently. Live presentations, networking opportunities and an ‘ask the panel’ debate gave delegates a chance to learn from those with a wealth of knowledge and workplace experience.

Rotherham Interchange station is only a 10-minute walk from the stadium. Once exiting the bus/train station there is plenty of signage to direct you towards the venue.
